Field Claim Services assists workers' compensation claims professionals in moving cases forward to closure. Our team of claims trained professionals can help you throughout the life of the claim: from initial contact to walk-thru and everything in between. Our Care Consultants have experience with injured workers across all industries, from biochemists to tree trimmers and will meet in person with them to explain the workers' compensation process. We partner with insurance companies, TPAs and self-insureds servicing the state of California.
Our Care Consultants will work to connect with your injured worker to present any document you may need signature on. This may be a medical records release, CMS release or settlement documents.
We will move your case forward.
Our Hearing Representatives have years of experience in EAMS filing and walk-thru of settlement documents. If the Judge requests additional information, we will respond and work to finalize approval prior to conference.
If attendance at status conference is needed, we will make the appearance and finalize Judges' approval.
