Will a Care Consultant meet in person with my injured worker?

Covid has effected how we are interacting with your injured worker. Our contact efforts are currently handled over the telephone. Once it is safe to do so , we will resume field work.

Do you arrange for a certified interpreter?

Yes our team will schedule a certified interpreter, from your vendor of choice, to translate when settlement documents are presented. The certified interpreter will sign off as required by regulation.

Are you an EAMS filer?

Yes we are able to efile settlements, DEU rating requests and supporting documents.
